A UK Greek-food store that four developers couldn't finish — the tiered bundle discounts never worked. I rebuilt it clean and got them running.
The problem
Four developers had tried before me. The core ask — tiered bundle discounts — never worked, and the store was left unfinished.
What I did
I rebuilt the discount logic cleanly: buy 2 = 10%, buy 4 = 20%, and free shipping over £200, with a cart progress bar nudging shoppers toward the next tier.
