A UK skincare store that had been passed around developers for over two years — slow, half-finished, and stuck. I rebuilt it from the ground up.
The problem
The owner had gone through several developers over two and a half years. The store was slow — loading around 6.5 seconds — with design and feature work left unfinished, and one developer who barely replied.
What I did
Rather than patch the old theme, I built a brand-new one from scratch with a fresh design. I reworked the layout and sections, built the custom features he'd been waiting on, and cleaned up everything dragging the store down.
